All American Masonry and Sweeps

I called to very clearly ask them for an estimate to repair my two chimneys, and some stucco siding if they do stucco. They instead told me to pay to clean the two chimneys, and that would include the $99 estimate fee as well. I agreed but was clear that the estimate was my primary interest. They charged me about $250 each for the two chimneys, the cleaner told me he wasn't sure it was safe to use... but they didn't give me an estimate to repair! It's been weeks now and multiple calls requesting the estimate. Bait and switch misleading sales at its worst. Do not use!!

We met All American Masonry at the March 2026 home show. They had done work at my daughter’s house and she highly recommended them to us. Will, Shawn and Mark came to rebuild our chimney with new flashing and a cap. They came as the office explained and finished as scheduled. They were professional, respectful of our property, cleaned up after each day and explained the work. Great job and highly recommend All American Masonry. Price was comparable to other companies. Replaced old brick at top of (2) chimneys, re “ “stuccoed” patio and swept (2) chimney flues. First impressions are important to us. Marc H. came on time, advised on jobs desired was helpful and attentive to my many questions in person and especially via email throughout the process. Mike, Billy and Jeremy, the masons, were professional, timely and spoke with me on the days I was home with status of the work. They also welcomed any questions I had. Mark C. was excellent with cleaning both boiler flue and old wood stove flue. Sylvia R. was the helpful office contact! To top it off, AAMS was the best price and had a quick turnaround from initial consult to completion of job! Thank you to all - so pleased we hired your business for the work!

I asked AAMS to come and quote resetting a large bluestone slab that had come loose on my front porch. Estimator arrived at the appointed time, reviewed the work to be done and quickly provided a written estimate and contract for the work. After I signed the contract and got the appointment date and time set, their two man crew showed up on time ready to work. There was extra excitement as we were in the middle of a power outage. With the generator running, they set to work. The crew was pleasant and patiently answered all of my questions. Job was done in about two hours and the work was high quality. I am now working with them to investigate aquiring and installing railings on the porch. I would not hesitate using AAMS again for any additional masonary projects.
