I made an appointment late July for dryer vent cleaning services and needed to reschedule due to a mix up with work. Long story short I rescheduled for Aug 3rd and they needed to reschedule so we did it again for August 10th. I waited for almost 3 hours before I was called and informed they needed to reschedule again for the 11th, then they did the same thing and said they needed to reschedule for the 12th. Today, on the 12th I was rescheduled again for 11-2, I called to find out the status and was told for sure their technician would be at my home between 1-1:30. It is now 2pm no one has shown up or called me. Very disgusting business and a complete waste of my time. I will never utilize this company nor will I recommend to family or friends. I lost 2 days of work and now I need to contact another company.
