A palmbeachillustrated.com article says Wadia founded his architecture firm in New Canaan, Connecticut. The company's own site says Dinyar Wadia founded the practice in 1975 and that the firm has built residential homes and estates informed by classical and traditional sources. A 2016 customer said Wadia Associates and Wadia Construction designed and built their house in New Canaan, CT, a brick Normandy manor of approximately 12,000 square feet. That 2016 customer said the final cost was just under the original budget and that they saw every invoice from every subcontractor. A 2016 reviewer wrote that the firm renovated a builder colonial with water views, adding a full length covered porch and cathedral ceilings in many rooms. A 2016 customer said they hired Wadia Associates to design and renovate their New York City apartment. A 2017 reviewer said the firm was engaged in remodeling their home, including construction of a third car garage, an exercise room and a new roof. A 2023 Reddit post said Wadia Associates had just finished a French Chateau in Greenwich. A 2024 Google review said the firm's Branch Brook Indoor Pool in Fairfield County, CT was recognized with a Silver Award in the 2024 NanaAwards Project & Design Competition. Connecticut lists the home improvement contractor registration HIC.0531211, held by Dinyar S Wadia, as inactive.
