Dan Waida, who runs it himself, says on the company's site that he's been at it since 1986 (the site also markets 'more than 20 years' of experience), doing high-end wallpapering and custom interior painting. The Boston Globe has named the business as the wallpaper and paint contractor on at least two featured home renovations — once in a 2019 remodel story and again in a 2022 piece about a Revere new-construction project — the kind of press credit that comes from real design-world work, not self-promotion. HomeAdvisor shows a perfect 5.0 rating across eight ratings, and the five written reviews on file back it up: in a February 2018 review, one homeowner called Dan 'a professional in every way' with 'fair pricing' who was 'careful, meticulous and very organized'; another that same month said simply she'd 'use him again in a second.' Earlier reviews from 2016 and 2017 describe him meeting on short notice and finishing quickly. The catch is timing — every one of those five reviews dates to 2016 through early 2018, so there's nothing on file more recent to confirm the same experience holds today. He's worth calling for wallpaper work specifically, or a fine interior paint job, and it's reasonable to ask what recent projects look like given how dated the review record is.
