Unfortunately staying local is not an option with this company. They were very rude and uninterested. Call someone else because calling here is a waste of time.

Locally owned by good people

We have been with Jock oil for years and suddenly they let oil run out before it's delivered then charged the account and extra 150 for the delivery then another $35 for turning it on. We hate how they treat us and Really all they had to do was stay off our lawn coming up the driveway and it would have been fine. Now we will be filing a complaint about Jock Oil with the BBB. But now we have to pay $200 to restart the heater due to their incompetence. on top of $3000 to fix a driveway. We did give them an opportunity to fix the problem but they aren't accountable for anything they do and they left without telling us which would have given us a chance to ask questions at that point. So when they came back everything is my fault, so we will be looking for a more customer oriented company that appreciates our business and isn't so aggressive and more dependable. We have had issues for the last 1.5 years and we can't let the heater get bone dry anymore.

Have always been very happy with this company till they stopped leaving slips in the door with delivery and our account didn't add up to what was delivered. But no way to prove anything with no slips so I'm SOL
