A standby generator, a panel upgrade and neatly routed wiring earned Wanczyk Electric a detailed recommendation in April 2024. That customer said the work passed inspection, the final price matched the quote, and the crew protected carpets and cleaned up afterward. The Enfield electrician advertises generator installation, EV chargers, panel and service changes, lighting and smart-home work; the company says it has ten years in business. Brian A. Wanczyk’s Connecticut electrician license is active. Customers have also described smaller household jobs. In May 2025, one reviewer said Brian replaced ceiling fans, an outdoor outlet and a motion-detection floodlight. An August 2025 customer described repairs, rewiring and new outlets completed on time and on budget, with cleanup after each task. A November 2025 reviewer said they hired Brian and Caleb again and praised their punctuality and communication on both projects. Response experiences differ. In July 2025, a customer said Brian came the same day to assess electrical problems, then quoted and scheduled the return visit to complete the job. A June 2026 reviewer, seeking help restoring power to part of the house, said several attempts to reach the company went unanswered. A July 2026 customer praised Brian’s careful work. Google shows a 4.8-star average from 16 ratings.
“A Facebook post from Wanczyk Electric said the final sounding would be at 6 p.m. Wednesday after a complaint and a police visit. The post said the effort was intended to bring back nostalgia and community spirit.”
Brian was professional from the start to finish. He did meticulous work and made sure everything was perfect and water protected. Highly recommend
Enfield senior citizen. Needed a circuit breaker replaced( I think—I’m no electrician). Not an emergency but wanted power back that side of house . Saw so many positive reviews on our town forum and try to always support local. Totally ignored after reaching out several times.
Excellent work. Brian & Caleb were professional, punctual, and kept me updated on every step of the process. We were very satisfied with the work that they performed that we hired him again on another project. Highly recommended. UPDATE - hired Brian and Caleb again for another project and, once again, did an excellent and phenomenal job. As always, very professional, courteous, punctual, and detailed- oriented in ensuring that the work was done perfectly, in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. Based on the outstanding work on the last two projects, they are my go- to company for any and every electrical work or services that we will ever need. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work; you will not be disappointed.
Very honest, thorough and knowledgeable electrician for our single family home. He is very professional and did impeccable work on the whole list we had for him. Highly recommend.
Great experience at fair pricing. That should be the highlight of this review They were able to come out in a pinch when we needed an assistance with an electrical issue and they handled everything very professionally with phenomenal pricing
