Ward Plumbing & Heating is a plumbing business, and in a 2017 Google review a customer wrote that other plumbers in Colrain, Greenfield and surrounding areas had not returned the call for the reviewer's 70-year-old mother, while this company followed up, responded and got the job done that day. That 2017 customer called them professional and prompt. A 2022 Google customer said they had used the company for many years, for everything from minor items to a bathroom renovation to a full plumbing system replacement, and praised the workmanship and the prompt service. The same 2022 customer also wrote, after a retirement, that "the business is closed." A Massachusetts plumber license, number 13536-PL-M, in Peter Ward's name, is active on the state registry. Its BBB grade is A+, and BuildZoom lists number 161273.
Have used them for many years for everything from minor items to bathroom renovation to full plumbing system replacement. Excellent workmanship and prompt service. Unfortunately the owner has now taken his well-deserved retirement and the business is closed. Thank you Ward P&H. Happy retirement!
They were the only Plumbers that actually followed up and responded, other plumbers in colrain, Greenfield, Shelrburne Falls and surrounding areas, did not have the time of day for my mother, they all said they were too busy or completely blew my mother off and did not return her call. My mom is 70 years old, she really needed this work done. They came in and got the job done that day. They were professional and prompt. I would highly recommend them.
