In an August 2025 Google review, a customer said Ward's installed a full HVAC system in their new home: Mike was "extremely responsive and patient throughout the process," and Heather made sure the project stuck to the timeline set. Ward's Mechanical is based in Mad River Park in Waitsfield, Vermont, and says it has been in business 44 years. Its website lists heating, furnace, heat pump, mini-split and boiler repair and installation, plus garage heaters, space heaters and radiant heating, names Warren, Waitsfield, Moretown, Waterbury, Duxbury and Fayston as its service area, and offers 24/7 emergency service. Vermont does not license HVAC as a trade. In October 2026 a Google reviewer wrote, "We love Ward's," calling everyone who works there terrific and saying they were grateful for the company's quick responses. Its Google page shows 5 stars from 7 ratings.

Wards installed a full HVAC system in our new home. Mike is the best. Extremely responsive and patient throughout the process and Heather made sure the project stuck to the timeline set. Highly recommend!
