Fast service and very knowledgeable. Came to replace what I thought was a well pump and were able to diagnose quickly that the tank was bad. Will be using them for any future needs.
Great service
The technicians Josh and Dale were great. They took care of everything, walked me through and explained the process, and were extremely thorough. Good guys, no complaints. My system ended up needing more work than I planned. The company was extremely fair and worked with me to get all the needed work done.
Had a main water line leak in front of house. Without proper testing, consultation, they took advantage of my emergency and said it was going to need to be fully excavated, full main water line, and that it would cost 10K+. I consulted a local plumber who came out, pressure tested the main water line, confidently found where the leak was, procured a local excavator same day, and fixed the leak. Got the permits and approvals in much quicker turnaround time as well. The entire cost was $1K This was the last time i decided to use Water Dr. Maybe they've just gotten too corporate where it's throw out a phonebook number of a price and 1 out of 5 people will say yes, especially with an emergency. Any time a water doctor worker would come out they'd complain about the previous person's work (which was ironically another water doctor employee). Just felt like a big business nobody communicating with each other don't actually care about the customer because they have so many. I'm happy I found a local option I can trust. And unfortunately water doctor is not that.
Ryan and team were great, efficient and knowledgable. Clean work and experienced placement of the infrastructure. YES -> Water DR does take a sample of the post-implementation water and check it for contaminants... exception of PFOS/PFOA which requires a control sampling, etc... My prior comment that they didn't take a sample was incorrect - Dennis called me back and clarified everything ALMOST Immediately!! - TY Water DR for the call & support.. Bottom line -> WE NOW HAVE DRINKING WATER... TY -d
