I had a great experience working with Dianne and her friendly team for vermiculite insulation removal. She was very responsive when I had questions afterward and offered to help with some documentation I needed for a reimbursement program. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend — Obrigada Dianne!
Thank you Dianne for your removal of asbestos from our property. The place was clean and tidy after removal. Prompt service and arrangement of schedules to get this done worked out…appreciate the efficiency.
Wow!! I am so impressed with A.C.E abatement! We bought a home in Weston, CT but still live in Florida. I had 5-6 estimates done and they were all similar in price but communication with Dianne was so great! She was thorough, quick to respond, kind, and I trusted her estimate after speaking with her-especially since we were thousands of miles away from the house. They also hire the 3rd party tester after asbestos was removed so that was so helpful for me since I’m far away. I received step by step info during the abatement and how it was going and then pictures after the asbestos was removed and a thorough clearance report. I really appreciated the service from the whole company and was so impressed! I highly recommend ACE abatement with any asbestos needs-it was a seamless process with great customer service! Thank you!
Six months after moving into our home, we discovered a serious mold problem, and I felt completely overwhelmed, scared, and unsure of what to do. Thank God we found Dianne L’Altrella and A.C.E. Abatement. Dianne is seriously amazing. She took the time to listen, to every question and concern I had, and she explained everything thoroughly and patiently. She never rushed us, never made us feel like just another job. When Dianne is with you, she makes you feel like you are her only priority, and that level of care is incredibly rare. Dianne and her team are nothing short of real-life superheroes. Their professionalism is unmatched, neat, efficient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dianne and Gino walked through our entire home with us, carefully explaining what needed to be repaired to reduce moisture and protect our home and health moving forward. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience because people need to know how exceptional A.C.E. Abatement truly is. During one of the most stressful situations we’ve ever faced, they gave us clarity, confidence, and peace of mind. I cannot recommend Dianne L’Altrella and A.C.E. Abatement highly enough. Thank you Dianne, from Dianna!😊❤️
I am so glad that I chose to hire ACE Abatement to work on my home. Dianne was outstanding and addressed all of the questions that I had. I am a first time homeowner, and she was so helpful during this time. She went out of her way to make sure that our attic was in top shape. I will always recommend ACE Abatement!
