Called for a simple job of installing two roof vents in a "new to us" home. Used Waterman before fir a full roof and was very satisfied with price, professionalism and time lapse from my first call to finished task. Roger (the roof technician) called the day before the service to schedule the service call and answer any questions about the job. He showed up the time specified with everything needed for the job. Very pleasant person who left me confident that he was just who I needed. The Waterman name appears on a lot of roofing jobs around town. They are a well run company that is very good at hiring productive, responsible and hard working people and turning them into a well functioning team. Waterman shows up. They work steadily. The job is done efficiently. They leave the property as clean as they found it. They are always available to answer your questions.

I highly recommend Waterman Builing and Remodeling for your new roof. He did my gramothers old roof in Medford was very respectful of my gram. His prices could not be touched as well. There was a minor concern we had after the deal was done, but Brian sent someone up to fix it no questions ask.
