Me and my husband looked to have our master bedroom installed with hardwood after having carpet for many years. After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Watertown flooring was absolutely the most responsive and incredibly well priced compared to the surrounding areas. After speaking on the phone with Domenic , I had described what I was looking for, a wide plank darker wood. He immediately knew the perfect fit and was able to bring the sample (along with multiple others) to our home. Domenic was able to come to our house quickly, and give us a quote the following day. Domenic, Igore, Shawn, and the rest of the crew was able to rip up the carpet, and install the hardwood. We are INCREDIBLY happy with our service and doing business with Watertown Flooring. I reached out to Mike to discuss options for a new floor in 2 connected rooms. He was incredibly considerate and patient and didn’t put any pressure on us. He was honest and it was truly a pleasure working with him! The day of installation, a highly skilled installer spent hours carefully cutting the edges of our new plank flooring to fit all of the jagged edges around our rooms. When Mike came on site the day of installation and noticed an issue with our door clearances, he went out of his way to obtain custom doorway strips to ensure that our doors would all function properly. I absolutely, without reservation, recommend Watertown Flooring for any floor project!
