We hired Leo to take on a foreclosed home that came with significant water damage and structural issues—and what could have been an overwhelming process turned into a smooth, well-managed project thanks to him. From day one, his communication stood out. Every morning, I knew exactly what time he’d arrive and what work was planned for the day. He consistently checked in at the end of each day to make sure everything was done right, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. What really impressed us was his flexibility and dedication. As often happens with homes like this, unexpected issues popped up along the way—many outside the original scope of work—but he stepped in without hesitation and handled them professionally. Also worth mentioning—our dogs can be a little needy (and let’s be honest, a bit annoying at times because they are huskies), and he was incredibly respectful and patient with them. He made us feel completely comfortable in our own home, which isn’t always the case with contractors. That level of consideration really stood out. He was timely, cost-effective, and genuinely cared about the quality of the work being done. In short, he’s everything you’d hope for in a contractor. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, communicative, and committed to doing things right. I’m hiring him again for our next project which is our kitchen and trust him implicitly.

We had a fantastic experience with Optima when we had a wall taken down in our home. The guys were all great and helpful. They kept everything as clean as possible (construction is dusty!), and were so respectful of our hoe. We look forward to using them in the coming months for a major addition to the back of our house! I cannot recommend Optima enough!!!

We hired Leo and his team to build a roof over our exterior basement stairs. They were great from start to finish! He responded quickly and was able to come right out for a consultation.
