Azamat Aguzarov is who people in Watertown call for the electrical jobs a bigger shop won't schedule for three weeks: a dead bathroom light, an outdoor motion sensor that quit, two ceiling fans still sitting in their boxes. One customer this July had four recessed lights replaced, one of them buried behind a stud, and wrote afterward that the hard one got done anyway. Thumbtack lists the business as HandyAmp, doing electrical and handyman work out of Watertown, hired 14 times and about a year in business, with a Top Pro badge and a 5.0 average across 13 ratings. All 13 of those ratings are five stars. Customers keep mentioning the same handful of things: the message answered right away, the appointment kept, the work explained while it happens, the floor left clean. A June 2026 homeowner who had an outdoor motion light swapped said he worked quickly and knew what he was doing, and sorted out an electrical problem they had lived with for a long time. A July customer whose two ceiling fans went up said he explained everything they needed to know before he left. In January 2026 another singled out the communication before and during an electrical-box repair and new fixture, and in February 2026 a customer called the price fair and reasonable for getting a bathroom light working again. Worth knowing before you call: the written history here runs entirely through 2026 and sits on Thumbtack, and the listing puts the business at about a year old. The jobs customers describe are fixture-and-circuit sized β lighting, fans, switches and outlets, an EV charger β and wiring installation and switch-and-outlet repair are on his Thumbtack service list as well. For lighting, fans, outlets and a circuit that has been misbehaving, he is a straightforward call, and the speed people describe getting a reply is the reason to make it. For a panel upgrade or a rewire, ask what he has done at that size and settle scope and price in writing before the work starts.
Azamat is a great professional. He responds immediately to your message and worked with your. Also, the quality of work is amazing too. He replaced four of my recessed lights, one of which was behind a stud which was very tough to replace. I highly recommend giving him a try. You wonβt regret it.
Azamat did an excellent job installing two ceiling fans for us. He was responsive, courteous, professional, explained everything we needed to know, cleaned up after himself, and the fans are perfect. Definitely recommend his services and will use him again for any electrical needs!
