A 2023 customer said the company stripped and replaced their roof all in one day, left the yard clean, and recommended Fred and his crew. A 2020 customer described a large job and said Fred kept in contact all the way through. A 2018 customer said the workers answered all their questions and pointed out problems with the underlying plywood and the flashing on the chimney. A 2017 customer wrote that a roof replacement also included extensive repair of rotted plywood, water-damaged trim boards and metal drip edge that had been improperly installed on the old roof. In a 2016 review, a customer said Fred Watkins gave an estimate right after measuring the roof of a vacation home in another state, kept in touch by email, and replaced a section of siding he found needed repair. A 2014 customer said the company did their roof, then reframed a breezeway and put in several windows. A 2009 customer described roof work and exterior painting with lots of trim wood replacement.
