Ben wss recommended to me because my oil furnace had been acting up for over a year. Ben came to give me an estimate, got it to me in a reasonable amount of time. He answered all of my questions & we signed the contract. They arrived as scheduled, when they finished for the day, the basement was complety picked up! They came back the next day to finish, and it was only a 1/2 day! The price was even the same as the estimate! I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs a furnace. You will feel good investing your money in a product from them!

Saw the older, negative reviews when I was looking for the office number and thought I would leave a review on our positive experience. Wayne was my Dad’s furnace guy for ages, when Ben (son) took on the business my Dad stayed with him. We’ve recently moved to Maine and started renovating and updating my Dads house. Ben gave us a quote for heat pump installation, we did end up going with a different company who was a little less expensive but he was our runner up for service AND cost coming in lower than 2 other big name installers. We went back to Ben for a quote for an on demand propane hot water heater. His quote was slightly less than the bigger name competition and we were happy to go with him. He talked us through the process and made recommendations for propane suppliers since we’re new to the area. His work was professional and clean and other contractor suggestions incredibly helpful. Ben and his team of heating and cooling artisans. Installed the mini split system for the whole house at a very reasonable price I was so happy by them that I had install an oil burner back up at a very reasonable price Hire them. they’re good

Not taking new customers but not mentioning that on their website.

I am disapppointed with Wayne’s lack of professionalism and essentially punishing me as a customer for not accepting his bid which was higher than my existing propane supplier (Downeast Energy), who had also installed another unit on my property earlier. I now regret even giving him the opportunity to get additional business from me.
