One 2026 write-up covers a 74-year-old family house: wallpaper stripped off most walls, every wooden door removed, sanded and repainted, hardwood refinished, vinyl plank laid in the kitchen and bath, then a new vanity, toilet, storm doors and cabinet hardware on top.
Dimitri Oliveira runs it, and his Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. Thumbtack lists six employees and six years in business.
Thumbtack carries most of the weight here: 4.9 across 54 ratings, Top Pro standing, 15 hires through the platform and 113 project photos. The five most recent write-ups there, all from spring and summer 2026, run to one theme — the owner stays reachable. A couple who bought a house and then flew to India said he sent photos and videos throughout the repaint so they could follow it from abroad. In an October 2025 Angi review, a homeowner wrote that he quoted a fair price, started and finished exactly on the schedule he'd presented, and left a result better than the last time the house was painted.

Two things to pin down before calling. Scope first: much of what reviewers actually hired this crew for was flooring and full-room renovation, and hardwood refinishing turns up in more write-ups than any single painting job, so get the non-painting work itemized in the quote. Second, ownership and language: the Angi listing describes the business as veteran owned and operated and says 'se habla español', but those are entries the company made on its own profile, not anything checked by anyone else.
The written history starts in August 2025, which is short for a firm claiming six years — worth asking where the earlier work lives. The right fit is a homeowner with a whole-house project who wants one crew on paint, floors and the fiddly bits, and who gets the flooring scope in writing alongside the painting.

Dimitri and his team did a complete makeover of a 74 year old home we had in our family. The home had not been updated in many many years. The team painted the entire interior which included removing many layers of wallpaper on most of the walls, and removing, sanding and painting all of the wooden doors in the house which were all over 74 years old. They also updated all of the flooring, refinishing the hardwood floors and installing new vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen and bath. Dimitri and his team also did many additional updates like installing a new vanity sink and toilet, new exhaust fan and faucets, new door knobs and hinges on all of the doors, new storm doors, new hardware on the kitchen cabinets, etc... This project had a lot going on with a lot of moving parts and it all needed to be done in a very short window of time. Dimitri and his team did an excellent job, completed everything on time, and they provided very good value with all of the work they did. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
