We Dump It

Dumpster delivery, placement and pickup feature repeatedly in We Dump It’s 2024–2025 Google reviews. Based in Hyannis, the company says it serves Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts, renting hook-lift dumpsters to homeowners and contractors for cleanouts and construction debris. Its website describes 10-, 15- and 20-yard options, along with boxes for concrete, dirt, asphalt and yard waste. In an August 2025 review, a customer said their call was answered immediately and a dumpster arrived the next day. Another August reviewer praised on-time delivery, the dumpster’s condition and its placement. A July 2025 customer described timely drop-off and pickup of a clean, painted dumpster that did not smell. Several customers named Grace in their accounts: a July reviewer said she answered their questions patiently and communicated clearly from the first call through final pickup. A May 2025 reviewer from Mighty Dog Roofing said Gracie and Charlie had helped with dumpster challenges on Cape Cod projects. Pricing and ordering also drew praise. An October 2025 renter described competitive pricing and communication throughout the rental. A May 2025 customer said online booking was easy and that they paid for what they put in the dumpster. Another May reviewer, Mary B. of Marstons Mills, reported a website or mobile communication delay, but said the dumpster arrived as promised and the outcome was positive. Two complaints deserve attention. In September 2025, a reviewer alleged that a company driver traveled 45–50 mph in a residential neighborhood marked at 20 mph and said they had to pull their child away from the street. They reported that Charlie contacted them and said the matter would be handled internally. An August 2025 customer said a promised Wednesday delivery never arrived and four messages went unanswered; they used Thompson Waste instead. Google listed a 4.8-star average from 46 ratings in August 2026. BBB listed an A+ grade without accreditation and gave a September 2023 business start.
