Weiner Electric

Weiner Electric is a residential and light commercial electrical contractor based in Harwich, Massachusetts, serving customers across Cape Cod. Owner Jeff Weiner started the business in June 2007 after training as an apprentice electrician beginning in 2002 and earning his Journeyman and then Master electrician licenses; the company reports roughly 19 years in business. The one customer review on file is unusually strong: a 2025 homeowner describes having three other electricians assess a job before Jeff Weiner took it on, with some of them saying the work couldn't even be done — Weiner completed it cleanly and efficiently. That review carries a perfect 5-star rating. Beyond that review, the business's track record is corroborated by building permit records, which show 103 permitted electrical projects on Cape Cod, and by a Massachusetts electrician license (#20839) verified as active and current with the state licensing board. Two BuildZoom license records show different results — a Master Electrician credential BuildZoom last confirmed active back in 2019, alongside a separate, currently verified active Electrician license under the same number — but the state's own registry confirms the license is active as of this year, so the older BuildZoom record appears simply stale. What's worth asking about before booking: there is only one written customer review to judge from, so a homeowner should ask for references or recent job examples directly, especially for larger or specialty work. Weiner Electric looks like a solid call for Cape Cod homeowners with residential or light commercial electrical work, particularly harder jobs other electricians have turned down — worth confirming current availability and getting a written estimate before scheduling.
