WEST SIDE CONTRACTORS

Whole-house siding replacement and smaller exterior repairs both feature in West Side Contractors’ customer accounts. The company describes itself on BBB as a West Springfield construction business offering siding, roofing and windows. BBB gives it an A+ grade. Its review history runs from 2019 to 2023. In an August 2020 HomeAdvisor review, a homeowner described having all the existing wood siding removed and replaced with vinyl. They said Daimien kept them informed about the sequence of work, called the price fair and were happy with the finished house. Another customer, writing in July 2020, praised the crew’s help matching color and grain to existing siding. In May 2021, a homeowner said Damyon explained the siding process and that the crew finished quickly; neighbors had stopped to compliment the result. Windows also drew specific praise. A February 2019 customer said they had hired the company three times for home improvements including windows and siding. They described the new windows as easy to open and close, and called the prices fair. Smaller repairs appear alongside those larger jobs: a March 2020 review credited a small-job part of the business called Home Pro with cedar shingle repairs. An April 2019 homeowner described replacing porch molding damaged by wind and a garage-door frame dented by hockey pucks. Demyan provided a quote within a day, and the repairs followed a couple of days later. When the crew was running late from another job, they called to explain the delay. The homeowner praised the quick repair and cleanup. A separate February 2019 customer said the company called promptly after a request and repaired siding that had come loose in high winds. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active.
