- Weekend flood response — a 2022 customer got a call back within minutes
A 2022 Google customer, writing about Western Connecticut Restoration, said a backed-up drain had flooded their basement with thousands of gallons of water that destroyed the finished basement floor. That 2022 customer said that within minutes of calling, on a weekend, they had a call back and someone on the way to assess the damage, and that the very next day equipment was at the house starting the clean up. In 2022, the same customer wrote that a couple of weeks later you wouldn't even know anything ever happened.

Western Connecticut Restoration is an absolute top notch local business. We used them recently to clean up from a major flood in our basement that was caused by a backed up drain. We had thousands of gallons of water that completely destroyed our finished basement floor. Within minutes of calling (on a weekend no less), I had a call back and someone on their way to our house to assess the damage. The very next day, they had equipment here starting the clean up process. Now just a couple of weeks later, you wouldn’t even know anything ever happened. From the very first contact with Western CT, you know they care and will work with you every step of the way to ensure the job is done right. True professionals that are responsive, prompt, friendly and reasonable.
