In 2026, a customer said a tree removal near their cottage took a little longer than anticipated, yet the owner held to his original quote. In 2024, a customer said the company took a deposit, then did not show at least 5 times over a one-month period, and that the promised refund had not arrived. A 2024 customer said they tried to have mistakes fixed and got excuses, then no response.
