A carpet-beetle customer says Nate came out at night when a tenant reported unusual bug activity, treated the property and provided a plan to prevent the beetles from returning. The August 2026 Google review also praised his explanations and pricing compared with larger companies. Wiggin Pest Services is based in Ware and describes itself on HomeAdvisor as serving central and western Massachusetts, treating insects as well as mice and rats, with free quotes. Mosquito and yard treatments feature in older customer accounts. In a June 2024 Google review, a customer moving into a new home said Nate arrived the next day and sprayed for mosquitoes, ants and ticks. They described a sharp reduction in mosquitoes afterward. A HomeAdvisor reviewer that month described a yard near woods and ponds, said the decrease in mosquitoes was noticeable, and recalled Nate explaining what he would do and how insects would react. That customer said he followed up about five days after treatment and had offered to return if problems arose. Another June 2024 customer said they had used him for two years, with whole-yard treatment and a check-in after a month. A July 2025 Google reviewer described tick and wasp treatment. Nate came out during the week of the call and checked in a couple of days later; after a couple of rounds, the customer said the yard was tick-free and the house and shed were free of wasp hives. The reviewer also called the price reasonable. A separate June 2024 HomeAdvisor customer said Nate responded to an inquiry and arrived the same day, praising the price and his punctuality. Google shows a five-star average from four ratings, and HomeAdvisor shows five stars from six. A May 2026 Google reviewer praised Nate's communication, value and service.
