Google listed a five-star average from 79 ratings in August 2026, and BBB listed an A-minus grade. A June 2026 reviewer said the company responded to a call, drove to their house and gave a quote within ten minutes; everything was gone that same day. Another June reviewer, preparing for a B&B season, said the worker arrived when promised and charged exactly the quoted amount. A customer having two couches removed described a prompt callback, an estimate after sending photos, and a text with the team's arrival time. One customer writing in June 2026 described Will and his crew edging perennial beds and mulching. The same customer also described two workers whom Will sent to mount a heavy deck umbrella: they completed the mounting in minutes and took away the packaging. In a separate account within that review, the customer said Will responded within a couple of days to a call about a fallen backyard branch, cut it up and hauled it away.
