William FreshVent Services

This company must contract out and the technicians do not want to work or they have too much work. I set up a12:00 appointment because I would not be home earlier. They called me at 9:52 and asked if they could be there in 30 minutes I said no because I had a 10 am appointment which is why I set up a 12:00 appointment. At 10:20 they called again and I couldn’t pick up because I was at an appointment, they left no message. I called them back and the technician said that they were canceling the appointment because I did not answer the 10:20 phone call and they were now near New York. I said my appointment was for 12:00. At 2:18 I got a call from there dispatch office and was told that the technicians said I was not answering there phone call I explained the technician canceled the appointment because I was not available before 12:00. They rescheduled for today. I stepped away from the phone got one phone call from the technician and no message. I called the dispatch and got a phone call back saying that I never took their phone calls the previous appointment and I needed to reschedule. I said that was not true and it was already rescheduled for today because they canceled since I was not available earlier than my appointment time the first day. I would tell you not to use this company but clearly they will avoid coming out anyway.

Great service of William FreshVent Services. The technicians were friendly, and our ducts are now dust-free.
