I highly recommend Will and the team at William Harris HVAC for their heat pump design and install expertise! Will worked with me through several iterations of system configurations (partial vs. whole home, different brands, etc.) at our home in Providence and even was amenable to a late additional indoor unit for our newly renovated basement. Part of what drew us to WH HVAC was their heat pump-first approach and clear experience designing systems that meet high performance standards across all key dimensions, including environmental sustainability and comfort. Their install technicians Jacob and Connor were super easy to work with too, very communicative and professional, and clearly took the time to make things look nice on the exterior, interior, and even in the basement rafters where some of the line runs had to be located. They also came back with no charge to reconfigure one of the indoor units about a month or two after install when it showed some slight condensation issues, which are now fully resolved. I highly recommend anyone in the RI-MA area to put William Harris HVAC at the top of your list to get quotes for heat pumps, especially as new seasonal heat pump rates are arriving in these states to make year-round heating and cooling operation even more affordable.
