Absolutely top notch service! Eddie and Edgar are beyond helpful, gracious, and a pleasure to work with. The main business now is wholesale, but we needed help with a retail sale from years ago. Eddie welcomed us, identified the problem, sent help and got it fixed right away. I am sure he provides the same service for his wholesale customers. This is the kind of great family business that is too rare nowadays, and a joy when you find it.

We were sent to Windows In Stock by another company because of the unique sizes we needed for our windows. Even at the very end of the day, Nuno was an absolute delight to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I will definitely be back.

Purchased a window and it seemed fine. Until I opened it to clean it and the side piece of the window seal come completely out upon closing. Snapped back in but doesn't stay... have to manipulate it to stay in place. Now with the recent cold snap we have had here in the northeast, you can see all the condensation on the window where it leaks. You can literally feel the cold air coming in where the slide levers are to drop the window down. So disappointed. Luckily I bought only 1 for a half bath. Would not recommend doing an entire house.
