A dedicated circuit for a hot tub and kitchen outlets converted to GFI: that is what a recent customer had Jim with Wolf Electric do, and they called the rate competitive and worth every cent. A recent customer said Jim worked on their kitchen remodel, wired the house for a generator and installed accent lighting, and called him professional, responsive and fair. A 2026 customer who said Wolf Electric had been their electrician for many years wrote that Jim did the wiring and fixtures for an addition to the house a few years earlier, then did the electrical work for a bathroom renovation and repaired outdoor outlets. A 2025 customer said Jim made multiple changes to how their laundry room was wired during a renovation and troubleshot why the new dryer was tripping the breaker. A 2025 customer said Jim hooked up a new wire and shut-off for a mini split, was respectful of the house and left it clean. A 2026 customer said Jim explained what he was doing and why. A 2022 customer said Jim stayed professional through a complicated home renovation despite numerous obstacles, and was still available years later when new electrical issues came up. Its Connecticut electrician licence, ELC.0181893-E1, is active under James N Wilfinger.
Jim with Wolf Electric was very professional and did fantastic work. We had him install a dedicated circuit for our hot tub and convert some of our kitchen outlets to GFI. All of it was done better than I could’ve ever hoped for. Their rate was extremely competitive and worth every cent. I could not recommend them enough and will be using them in the future.
Jim does great work at reasonable prices. He worked on my kitchen remodel, wired my house for a generator, installed accent lighting, and much more. He’s my go to electrician because he is professional, responsive, and fair. He even has a sense of humor.
Wolf Electric has been our "go to" electrician for many years now. Jim is professional, responsive and experienced. He did the wiring and fixtures for an addition to our house a few years ago and more recently did the electrical work for a bathroom renovation and repaired our outdoor outlets. I always know that if I have a new project or even a simple repair I can always count on Wolf Electric!
I have been in the real estate industry for over 27 years and have used Jim / Wolf Electric personally and also for many clients. He is a true professional and does excellent work. I would highly recommend Jim for any work needed for your home/business.
Jim was helpful and explained what he was doing and why.
