A June 2026 customer described an easy call with Carl to arrange trash collection, a predictable pickup day and easy payment options. Wormtown Services describes itself as a family-owned Worcester business operated for more than 20 years. Its website advertises dumpster rentals, rubbish and junk removal, clean-outs and moving, alongside property maintenance, landscaping, fencing, tree work, snow removal, roofing, siding and painting across central Massachusetts. In a November 2024 review, a weekly trash customer said they had used Wormtown for more than five years and could count on Carl or his crew for reliability and professionalism. A February 2026 reviewer thanked the business for plowing a parking lot on short notice after their snow-plowing company left them in a precarious position. Angi lists dumpster delivery and pickup and Spanish-language service. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and says it is not accredited. Contact complaints deserve attention too. A June 2024 reviewer said three inquiries and a phone call went unanswered. In February 2025, another caller described a disconnected call, then said a woman answering the second call acknowledged hanging up and told them not to call again; the caller described the exchange as sounding like a warning.
