We called Rob after a service technician from a different company came to clean our furnace/boiler. The technician didn't finish the service properly and told us we just needed a new unit. Not 24 hours after the technician left, our unit overheated, filled our basement with smoke, and a terrible odor of Oil. Calling Rob for a "second opinion" saved my kids Christmas! Rob knew exactly what was wrong, fixed the issue, and will now be the only person to ever service our furnace! He not only fixed the problem the first guy left us with, he also has the knowledge to repair the things that the first guy said couldn't be repaired! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! So happy we found him!
