And its BBB profile holds no customer reviews at all, which leaves nothing here that tells you what one of its finished jobs actually looks like. The abatement line is the one to press on. Lead and asbestos removal are separately regulated work in Massachusetts, and a contractor offering both should be able to put the specific credentials in front of you. Ask for those, for the current registration certificate, and for two or three recent references on a job the size of yours — this is a company with a long history and a thin public one, and references are how you close that gap.
