Very poor customer service. I had Jason come out for a site visit to provide a quote for tiling my basement over three months ago. Despite several follow-ups and repeated assurances that he was working on the quote, I never received one. If you don't want the job, simply say so. A quick, honest response would have been appreciated instead of wasting my time. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

Jason is professional, knowledgeable, responsive and responsible. He has a great team working with him. He did renovations on two bathrooms in my home at the same time. It went smoothly, and even the small bumps that inevitably one runs into in a renovation, were handled with ease. His skill with tile is extraordinary. My bathrooms are gorgeous! There was truly not a moment of stress working with him. He kept me apprised of status every step of the way, and always responded to texts and calls in a timely manner. He's also a really nice guy.

Jason was a pleasure to work with! He was really good at communicating timeline and expectations for our bathroom/shower project. Jason was able to accommodate a change in the install and was professional and respectful in our home! We highly recommend Jason for your tile and marble work!
