XPro Cleans Services LLC

XPro Cleans Services LLC is a Boston-based house cleaning company with an unusually deep public record — 96 reviews from 2023 through 2026 across seven platforms, a 4.9-star Google rating, and an A+ BBB grade. What stands out across those reviews is how often people name specific cleaners — Alline, Vanice, Sirlene, Alina, Beth, and others — and describe long-running relationships rather than one-off jobs. Reviewers who've used the company for months, some on a recurring monthly plan, describe consistent, careful work: cleaning walls, baseboards, windows, appliances and bathrooms beyond what was strictly asked, folding laundry, and checking in before leaving to make sure everything was satisfactory. Scheduling comes up constantly too — reviewers repeatedly describe calling in the evening and getting service the next morning, or being accommodated on last-minute or same-day requests, even for Airbnb turnovers with unpredictable timing. There's a real, specific pattern worth knowing about, though. Two reviews — one from December 2024, one from June 2025 — describe trouble specifically with the move-in/move-out cleaning package, the company's most expensive tier. The December review said the crew spent only about an hour at a 1,700-plus square foot house and didn't deliver the carpet shampooing that had been requested as part of a deep clean. The June review separately raised upcharges and scheduling problems on the same type of job. Both reviewers described the standard cleaning experience elsewhere as fine — the complaints are specific to that one package. For a routine or recurring house cleaning, the pattern in the reviews here is thorough, attentive work from a small, consistent team, with genuinely fast turnaround when something comes up last minute. For a move-in/move-out deep clean specifically, it's worth confirming exactly what's included — carpet shampooing, time allotted, pricing — in writing before the job, given the two accounts of that package falling short.
