Reviewers describe calling one evening and getting a crew the next morning, same-day service while visiting the city, and last-minute basement and holiday cleans that were accommodated. A short-term-rental host wrote in 2024 that the company fits an irregular booking calendar and handles scheduling and payment through its own web platform.
