XYZ Property Maintenance

I had a new patio installed by XYZ what a awesome job they did, patio came out great and the crew was professional and very nice. Would highly recommend Austin and his crew for any work you need done.

Austin and his crew did a spring cleanup for me today. I would highly recommend XYZ Property Maintenance. They took the time from pulling weeds, getting rid of fall leaves, trimming bushes, edging and adding mulch. Austin & his crew are so courteous with any questions you might have. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend XYZ Property Maintenance! We have had several projects done at our home (retaining walls, walkway, and a patio). They have also plowed our driveway for multiple winters and have done annual spring and fall cleanups for a few years. Communication is quick and clear. The team is easy to work with and always professional and polite. They show up on time and timeframes are communicated. All work is done with great care and craftsmanship. Our property looks amazing once they are finished! They are truly wonderful at what they do! I would recommend XYZ to everyone!

I strongly urge you not to hire XYZ Property Maintenance. It is a young company and needs much education concerning customer relations, taking responsibility for unacceptable work, and rectifying and providing restitution for problems caused by them. In late summer of 2021, I hired XYZ Property Maintenance of West Boylston, MA to spray weed killer on my property. Two weeks after the Triclopyr 4 weed killer spraying, Paper Birch trees showed signs of dying or death. Several pine trees close to the birches showed damage on the branches as well. An independent certified professional arborist examined the trees. He ruled out death and damage by natural causes, and concluded the cause was Necrosis from chemical injury, the weed killer. He felt there was an incorrect proportion of concentrate of ratio to water. Dave and Austin looked at the trees and were given the arborist’s contact information. Dave proposed a restitution. Austin, with much disrespect, became enraged and refused to take responsibility or agree to a settlement. This response trumped Dave’s attempt. Any further discussion proved to further anger Austin. XYZ did not return a call from the arborist. The situation has had no resolution and I have several dead birch trees.

Absolute professionalism! They were great! Easy to work with, fast and efficient! Top to bottom they absolutely met all of our needs. Incredible work would recommend to anyone!
