Its own site describes a two-part service: auditors run blower-door tests and thermal-imaging assessments, then weatherization crews install the air sealing and insulation the report recommends. The company presents itself as a full-service outfit rather than a one-truck operation. A claimed Procore Network profile lists it as a specialty insulation contractor with 10 to 50 employees working commercial, institutional and residential jobs, showing four projects since it joined in 2022, and Procore's trade list covers blown, board, blanket and spray-foam insulation plus air-barrier work. It states BPI-certified auditors, NESEA membership and Efficiency Maine qualified-partner status. Independent customer feedback is genuinely thin. There are no published star ratings anywhere in what we gathered: the Better Business Bureau lists the LLC as started in 2008 with 17 years in business but is Not Rated for insufficient information, and shows no reviews, complaints or alerts. The one outside voice is a 2020 r/newhampshire commenter who said they used Yankee Thermal Imaging for an NH Saves energy audit and called the company "pretty well recommended". New Hampshire does not license insulation or weatherization contractors, so there is no state registry entry to check here; the certifications above are the company's own statements rather than anything verified. Worth asking before you book: how much of the crew's work is residential retrofit versus the larger commercial projects the Procore listing points to, what the audit costs and whether it is credited against the installation, which rebate program (NHSaves or Efficiency Maine) your house qualifies for, and for the names of two or three recent local jobs you can call.
