Eric's Maintenance & Mobile Home Services

Eric's Maintenance & Mobile Home Services does a lot of its work from underneath a mobile home. A recent Google customer had the underbelly repaired, damaged insulation replaced, a new vapor barrier installed and access panels added. The company's website says it offers services through all phases of home and mobile home maintenance, from water heaters and heating to plumbing and carpentry, and it says it has been in business 25 years. On Google it holds 4.7 stars from 108 ratings. A recent customer used the company for a leak on a mobile home and a bathroom refurbish, and wrote that the owner personally oversaw all work and that they are not the cheapest. A 2025 customer said the company tore out old polybutylene pipes and replumbed the entire house with Pex, including a manifold shutoff valve system. A 2026 customer said two workers named Mike remodeled a bathroom after a leak under the toilet and shower, pulling out the rotten flooring and old bathtub. A 2025 customer wrote that they were told an estimate would cost $250, refunded only if they agreed to the full estimate. A 2025 customer who asked for a more detailed invoice for an insurance claim described very hostile text messages from the owner, Eric Oertel. A 2025 repeat customer wrote that work quoted at $80 six months earlier was billed at $200, and that Eric called the customer's husband yelling.
