The family-run, Lynn-based company says it's been operating since 2002, growing from a small crew into a full-service tree, landscaping and hardscaping business with ISA-Certified Arborists on staff, serving Lynn, Salem, Peabody, Beverly, Swampscott, Marblehead, Danvers and Saugus.
The tree work is deep and specific: reviews from 2024 through mid-2026 describe removing large oaks and maples overhanging houses, a dead elm taken down without damaging a garage, trees cut in tight backyards close to neighboring homes, and storm-damaged limbs removed carefully. Rony, who leads many projects, is named repeatedly for being on time, communicative, and thorough about cleanup, and several reviewers say they've hired the company two or three times.
Landscaping and hardscape work also draws strong, detailed praise in many reviews — a backyard remodel spanning landscaping, masonry and painting finished in two days; two fences, pavers, a retaining wall, and new front steps completed on schedule and at the quoted price; 14 arborvitae trees planted alongside pruning of a hemlock and an apple tree.
But the sharpest complaints on file are about larger installation projects. In an October 2021 review — echoed by a matching Angi review from the same month — a customer described a roughly $20,000 landscaping project finished a month late, with days of no-shows, that left them with what they called a mud pit rather than the yard they'd planned. In a May 2026 review, a customer said 17 trees installed for over $10,000 looked great at first but began declining significantly within the following year. A May 2025 review described a landscaping job that was scheduled and prepared for, then never completed until the customer called to chase it down, and a 2022 review described a tree-removal job where large logs weren't cut down to the agreed size.
For straightforward tree removal, trimming or emergency tree work, Zacarias' reviews are strong and consistent. For a large landscape installation or planting project, it's worth getting the plant warranty, timeline and scope spelled out clearly in writing before signing on.
