Claudio's Tree Service & Landscape Construction

A full-grown spruce leaning against the roof, branches over the skylights, gutters and palladian windows — the homeowner who wrote about it in a March 2025 review cheered when Claudio and his crew raised the tree off the house. That's the shape of the work Claudio's Tree Service & Landscape Construction does out of 4 Waitt Ave in Lynn: big trees in spots with no room to simply drop one. In a September 2025 Google review, another homeowner described a huge Norway maple wedged between their house and the neighbor's — the crew climbed it, cut it in sections and chipped the smaller branches, at what the reviewer called a reasonable price. A December 2024 Angi reviewer had a dead tree that had fallen and was leaning on another; it was down and the debris gone inside half an hour. The 2026 reviews are on Thumbtack, and they run the same way. In July a customer had multiple overgrown trees trimmed and two taken out, and noted how quickly the crew worked and how clean they left the area; another that month said the noise was kept to a minimum. A June 2026 review describes the crew disassembling a fence to reach a tree and putting it back "as good as new," chipping all the branches and leaving the yard spotless. Price comes up in most of the reviews — fair, reasonable, good — and a May 2026 customer had a free estimate quickly after reaching out. Thumbtack shows 4.7 from 29 ratings and 34 projects, and lists the company as Background Checked and a 2024 Top Pro; Angi and HomeAdvisor each show 5.0 from three tree-removal reviews, and Google 5 stars from three. Two things to pin down first. Angi's profile says the company doesn't offer emergency service or warranties, which matters if the tree is already on the house, and 7% of those 29 Thumbtack ratings sit at one star — worth asking about. For a large removal in a tight yard, with the climbing, chipping and haul-away included, this is a straightforward call; if you want the sod installation, masonry or snow plowing that Thumbtack also lists, or the landscaping and yard-waste cleanup on Angi and HomeAdvisor, ask to see examples of that work.
