Melanie is very knowledgeable and flexible as you work through the real estate process. I truly appreciated her honesty in an uncommon market as she helped me navigate making offers that were competitive but realistic. Given the current hurdles buyers can face when making offers, she also offered creative ways to negotiate more competitively without raising my offer to something I wasn’t completely comfortable with. She really put in the effort to make sure I was happy in the end.
