A recent customer thanked Pat for the job he and his crew did, and Heather for keeping them updated on what was happening. A 2025 customer said they placed mats down for their equipment, raked and leaf blew matted grass, picked up every stick and leaf they dropped, and dusted off a chicken coop next to the work site. A 2025 customer said Patrick's team removed an old hemlock tree. A 2024 customer said they removed the three stumps contracted for, then pointed out two more the customer had forgotten and removed those during the same visit; that customer said moving the grinder around the house did no damage to the lawn. A 2024 customer said they once came out with a foot of snow on the ground and removed a large tree that landed on the roof. A 2024 customer said they came out the next day for an estimate after a tree fell on the house after a storm.
