1-800-GOT-JUNK? Worcester

First I would like to compliment the two men that arrived on time, they were very nice, very hardworking and carried my very heavy treadmill and stationary bike out of my basement. Nice guys and got the job done. The company itself, "1-800-Got-Junk" is not managed well. They send their employees into people's house to overcharge people by about 3 or 4 times the cost that the expense should be. Next thing you know, I'm getting the line "Let me call my manager...." and suddenly the quoted price drops by 50% (which really still is too high). There were NO stairs to use, no difficult places to maneuver around, etc So at the end of the day, it felt like I was at a car dealership in my own basement but at least the basement is clear. I recommend using another business, one that can provide cost estimates beforehand.

Great experience! I’m a college student who was in a crunch to remove all big furniture in my apartment with a deadline. Nate who showed up to remove them when I wasn’t home was super kind, honest, and very helpful! His supervisor Joe was also so incredibly generous in working with my lower budget to make sure I was taken care of. Great experience overall with quality care and consideration!

Easily the most unprofessional junk removal company I've ever encountered. On May 2nd, one of their workers left his gas pump completely unattended - a serious fire hazard. When I shut it off, he came inside screaming, swearing, and calling me names like a child having a meltdown. The guy was short, heavyset, covered in tattoos, and had big gauged ears - and somehow still thought he was tough. Also had a guy named Ty with him the size of me. Funny how all that attitude disappeared the second a male customer walked in. Total coward energy. Massachusetts plate Y62-421, 8:07 AM. If this is how their employees act in public, l wouldn't trust them anywhere near my home or belongings.

I called 800 got junk to have a couple of Theater seats removed from my back porch. They were nice and accommodating on the phone and even gave me an idea of what it would cost. I also got an appointment window between 10 and 12 for 2 days later, it would have been one day, but I was too busy to have them come so quick. The day of my delivery the guys coming kept me informed of where they were in my appointment window and even called me when they were on their way. I’m not used to having contractors doing that. It’s a great service and made it simple for me. Micheal and Kyle, the guys they sent to do the job showed up and did a great job showing me some of the tricks of the trade they’ve learned to get things done faster than I ever thought was possible. The guys were very friendly and a pleasure to work with.
