Had a very positive experience with Kathy and her team. They were quick and efficient and also very friendly and personable people on her team, as well as empathetic in light of it being an estate related engagement. I hired Generations on the Move to help relocate my parents from a large home to an Assisted Living facility and again to help with the clean out before selling their home. Kathy and her crew were so wonderful to work with - they were flexible, kind, compassionate, efficient, professional, hard working and incredibly organized! They packed everything, scheduled the movers and unpacked everything at the Assisted Living apartment, which looked just like "home" when my parents arrived. Their bed was made, clothes and dishes put away and knick knacks displayed. It was just beautiful! Generations on the Move made this transition seemless for my parents, and they did it with incredible care and gentleness. They were equally caring and compassionate while overseeing the house clean out. They understood our needs and found solutions for everything! And they were able to accommodate our rather compact timeline. I can't thank them enough for all they did to ease the stress on me and my parents. They are an amazing company to work with - I highly recommend!!
Kathy and her fabulous team at Generations on the Move made a major life transition for my parents so much better than I ever imagined possible. Moving them into an independent living community was an emotional and overwhelming process, but this team handled everything with incredible care, compassion, and professionalism and helped tremendously to reduce the stress and legwork. They were always organized, punctual, and communicative and nothing was overlooked. Their support went far beyond logistics; they provided the calm reassurance and guidance we needed during a challenging time. This team is highly capable and so good at what they do.
