1 800 New Roof CT

Jim and his crew did a great job on our roof. The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish, and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!

I communicated with Jim Wasco, owner of 1-800-new-roof-CT and D & J Building and Remodeling about needing a roof replacement as well as other house repairs and we arranged for him to come to our home. He took the time to attentively listen to what we needed done: Roof replacement, gutter reinstall due to pitch issue, exterior caulk and seal molding/trim of all windows of the house, and repair 2 windows that were leaking (water coming inside the house when raining). He was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I had subsequent questions after he left and before the actual work was initiated. Jim was consistently very prompt in responding to text messages, and also promptly answered his phone when my wife or I called. He was accountable and on-site at critical times when the work was being done. With respect to workmanship, everything stated above that we asked him to do exceeded our expectations. All of his laborers are very courteous and respectful. His price was very fair and in the end, there were no hidden charges. In addition, the roof replacement required coordinating with the mason who replaced our chimney. Jim was in communication with the mason so that the roof could be replaced as soon as possible after the chimney was completed. Jim was consistently very approachable, polite, and courteous and overall accommodating to our questions and needs throughout the process. He proved to be very reliable and a man of his word. We are very please with the work Jim Wasco completed and highly recommend him for roofing and all house remodeling and repairs.
