24/7 Oil LLC

24/7 Oil is a heating oil dealer whose written Google history runs from 2021 to 2023. A 2022 customer said they had used the company since moving from New York to Waterbury in 2018, that someone answered when they called after running out of oil, and that the company came and filled them up. A 2023 customer said Larry explained the options, set an appointment for the next day and came out the next day in the rain. A 2021 customer said a question about their meter gauge was answered promptly and the issue resolved. A 2022 customer said they called on a Tuesday for oil, were told Friday and cash only because the credit card machine did not work, and that no one came on Friday. A 2023 customer said a Tuesday delivery promise turned into a Wednesday arrival, with poor communication between the office and the driver. A 2023 customer said they called three times, were promised a call back that never came, and got no call back after ordering oil online. A 2022 customer said the company scheduled, then cancelled without notice, and did not show up after a reschedule.
