Excellent customer service. Personable and knowledgeable!

Hired them for landscaping services at my home last year. They came and did basic mowing but failed to provide a fall cleanup like we had agreed to, forcing me to find someone else at the last minute. They straight up told me me that they would "try" but were prioritizing their commercial jobs. They were quite unapologetic about it too. I had also made it clear to them on multiple (5+) occasions that I had several larger projects (stairs/hardscaping, brush clearing, etc) that I wanted to consult with someone on. Every time they gave false promises that someone would reach out to me, but it never happened. So, overall, they're okay if you literally just need your lawn mowed, but don't expect anything beyond that (not even cleanups) from them.

Absolutely trash company for apartment plowing! Two feet of snow March 23rd 2024 to the 24th in Ashland and this company never showed up to plow their customer out. My landlord was unable to reach anyone at the company to correct lack of plowing. Today April 4th 2024 the company has yet to plow once at my apartment building with two feet of snow at the edge of parking lot and road.
