Micah's Property Maintenance LLC

Micah's Property Maintenance says it has been in business for 15 years. A recent Google customer says Micah and his crew took care of the property all summer and tilled up the garden in the fall, doubling its size. A 2025 customer said they had used the company for years for yard care, spring and fall clean ups and snow plowing. That 2025 customer described a winter when the propane truck could not get across the front yard: Micah brought in a front end loader, pushed the snow back beside the garage and cut a path across the yard to the propane tank, and the truck made the delivery that same afternoon. A 2024 customer said Micah responded to an emergency driveway call and within 30 minutes had plowed them out, at rates that customer called reasonable and fair. A 2024 customer with a long, steep driveway said Micah had someone out within the hour to sand it. A 2023 customer who called for a one-time plowing said they came the next day and sanded and salted without being asked. A 2022 customer said Micah's team mowed the lawn, cleared the clippings and weed whacked within minutes. A 2022 out-of-state property owner said he did two lawns within a day of being contacted. A 2024 customer said Micah agreed to plow their driveway and then did not call or show. A 2023 customer said Micah was supposed to come back in the spring to finish work done the previous fall, then said he didn't owe them anything; that customer also called him extremely overpriced and urged getting in writing exactly what will be done.
