Mike spent considerable time talking with us and educating us about our options for a new system, as well as for repair of an existing system. He and Andrew were very prompt in their communications, as well as the repair itself. We needed them to repair our Fujitsu heat pump that had been installed years before by someone else. Mike doesn't use Fujitsu because of their quality issues, and sure enough, the part he had to order to fix out pump arrived faulty and had to be re-ordered. Mike did not charge us for the added time caused by this. My experience of 413 Ductless Solutions is that they take relationships seriously and that they operate with a strong commitment to quality of work and equipment as well as integrity and reliability.

I spent 2 years researching and considering a whole home mini split system. After speaking to several contractors, I had an in home meeting and assessment with Mike from 413 ductless. He was knowledgeable, engaging, informative, and a pleasure to speak to. We had follow up conversations where he answered every question and concern I had. Andrew made a home visit to further plan out the specifics of an install. Also, knowledgable and so pleasant to be around. From the first meeting to the completion of the mini split install, with 413 ductless, I knew I made the right decision in converting to it and choosing the right company to install it. Wish I could give 10 stars! We found ourselves in an emergency situation when our gas boiler blew up taking the attached hot water heater out with it. So our planned switch to mini-splits had to be moved up by months. Not only did Mike respond immediately to my inquiry, but he helped us understand all our options so we felt completely comfortable making such a big decision on such a short timeline. And he moved heaven and earth to get us up and running before the cold weather arrived. Mike, Andrew, & Anthony felt like part of the family by the end of the install week. It was a big job to begin with, and they uncovered some bad DIY by previous owners that had to be dealt with as well. They worked long days and met every challenge with good humor and creative and clever solutions. Mike even helped me navigate the confusing labyrinth of the MassSave rebate program! And the great customer service has continued as we are still in the learning curve of adjusting to our mini-split HVAC and heat pump hot water heater. All our questions get prompt and thorough answers and often a drop-by visit to follow up. We recommend 413 Ductless Solutions wholeheartedly. They are knowledgeable, skilled, personable, trustworthy, caring, and just all-around good guys. Truly one of the best experiences we have ever had with a vendor!

We absolutely loved working with these guys. If we could give them 10 stars we would. We got five estimates on our heat pump system, and theirs was definitely the best value. They devised a smart setup, and so far it's working great. They worked to install it sooner than they'd thought they could, and kept us updated at every step. They finished ahead of schedule, and left the whole house clean as a whistle. And they couldn't have been nicer personally. They even gave us a discount because my husband is a veteran. And they're used to working with the Mass Save system and do a lot of the paperwork. This company deserves your business!
