Rockwell Plumbing has completed multiple projects for us on different properties. From complex watering systems on the farm, simple boiler and mini spli maintenance to out of the box mechanical projects, Ian has really done it all for us. I've confidently referred other friends knowing that his work ethic is high, prices competitive and that the job is going to get done right, the 1st time. As a homeowner I ultimately want to know the truth about what needs to be done to remedy an issue and Ian has always shot me straight, which is why we'll continue using his services

Well I never want to leave negative reviews, but I am left with no choice here. Had a new shower installed and needed to move shower head and drain from where it was to the opposite wall. The plumber decided to tap into an old drain/water supply that was uncovered during construction on the shower. Two issues came about from this install- the pipe leading from the valve to the shower head was installed at a slight angle, so the shower head was not centered. This was not discovered until the tiling was almost completed. I was able to fix the problem, with some difficulty. The major issue (ongoing) is that the drain that the plumber decided to hook into stays full of gray water, making the entire bathroom wreak of sewage. I used a shop vac to suck out the standing water and flushed the toilet, the line filled back up with the toilet water... I called and informed the plumber about the issue, he seemed annoyed but said he would come take a look. He then called to cancel on the day of the appointment and said he would call again to set another time, this was 38 days ago... So I am left with a bathroom that smells of sewage because the plumber did not bother to check to make sure the drain he was hooking into functioned properly. I believe I gave him $1,875 for this job. Needless to say I’m not too thrilled.

I cannot say enough good things about Rockwell Plumbing! Their service was exceptional and the level of professionalism and attention to detail they showed is rare in today's world. They were upfront and transparent about all costs and walked me through each step, making sure I understood what was being done and why. The cherry on top was that they left their workspace cleaner than they found it.
