My boiler was completely caked in soot, not running right, and had dark smoke coming from it. Within 2 days, Sam came out, cleaned it, changed the filter, replaced a part, tuned it up, and ran some tests. Price was very reasonable. Will be using Galusha HVAC & Plumbing again for sure.
Top notch service, great communication, next time I need help with my furnace these are the guys I will call. I had a stubborn issue with my furnace that I was told was something I just had to live with. Galusha came in and figured things out, went way beyond what the previous guys had done, and fixed the problem. It's been a very cold winter this year, and these guys saved me.
Company does not answer the phone!!! No way to contact them and talk to them! Not good!
If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would! Long story short, after 3 weeks with a broken furnance I contacted Sam in hopes ai could get my furnance fixed before the fall weather kicked in. He found a few other issues that we weren't aware of and spent 3 full days on getting my furnance back up and running properly. They were very prompt with tending to my issues and stayed in communication with me when a few parts were waiting to come in. I would definitely recommend them.
He came out and worked hard and was very helpful. Thanks Sam I will definitely call you in the future 😀
