603 Basement Solutions is a foundation, waterproofing, and radon-mitigation contractor based in East Kingston, NH. Google shows 260 ratings averaging 4.9 stars, part of a 239-review history running back to 2021 across seven sources, and the Better Business Bureau backs that with an A+ grade and accredited-business status. The last six months read like a radon-and-drainage business more than anything else. One homeowner researched several companies before choosing 603 and came away impressed with how the team communicated from the first call through installation; another had Cory come out to service a sump pump, and instead of upselling, he pointed out fixes the homeowner could do themselves for free. A March visit covered a perimeter drain, two foundation-crack repairs, and a new vapor barrier in one basement. The same names keep turning up across these recent reviews — Liam, Branden, Justin, Cory, TJ — rather than a rotating cast of subs. Not every recent job went cleanly. One reviewer's estimate dragged three weeks with unreturned calls before Dylan stepped in, updated the quote, and got the project scheduled — softening what started as a one-star account into a three-star one. On a separate helical-pier job, the crew's excavation severed a Romex wire feeding a well pump; it was caught and fixed quickly, though the homeowner still wanted more day-to-day updates before the lifting itself began. Older reviews and the BBB listing round out a wider résumé — sill-plate replacement, support columns, and structural beam repair alongside the waterproofing and radon work. For a wet basement or a radon reading that needs fixing, the five-year, multi-source track record holds up; just get a firm timeline on the initial estimate before signing, and ask what precautions they take when excavating near buried utility lines.

Even though they were scheduled for 2 days they finished in 1 day in 6 hours. The clean-up was great.

From start to finish, I had an outstanding experience with 603 Basement Solutions. The person who came for the quote was knowledgeable and was able to give me a price on the spot. There was no pushy salesman song and dance, which I appreciated. The quote came in at thousands less than the pushy company I met with. Gerald, Kelvin and Ricky completed the project. I was thrilled with the amount of integrity they brought with along with the great work they did. Each day, they stayed on site until I was home from work so they could walk me through what had been completed. They answered all my questions and gave me the plan for the following day. Once competed, they left my basement cleaner than it was before they arrived. The work is expertly done and I’m thrilled with the results. I had a few follow up questions a couple weeks after completion. They called back quickly and were able to answer everything for me. A great company that highly recommend.

After researching several companies, we chose 603 Basement Solutions to install a radon mitigation system in our home, and we’re very glad we did. From our first conversation to the final installation, everyone we worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. The installers arrived exactly when promised, took the time to answer all of our questions, and completed the installation with great attention to detail. They treated our home with respect, left everything spotless, and the finished system looks much better than we expected. Most importantly, our radon levels dropped significantly almost immediately after the installation, giving us real peace of mind. It’s refreshing to work with a company that combines excellent craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 603 Basement Solutions to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional radon mitigation company.

The team did an excellent job of keeping a clean workspace, and, of course executing on the task of helical pier installation. A mistake was made where a Romex wire that powered our well pump was severed during the excavation procedure for the subset of helical piers that would be installed on the outside of the foundation, but was quickly addressed and remediated. I had hoped for more communication/daily updates from the team, especially before the lifting attempt was performed. The signed contract noted that it would be preferred for the homeowner to be present during the lifting phase, however when I asked the question on when the lifting would occur, it had already been done. Overall, extremely professional, and after reviewing quotes from several other foundation companies, 603's offer was competitive and fair.
